I am using SQE on the Moodle/Totara VLE, why do I encounter an error message when I click a link to an external resources?

This is due to blocked cookies on the learner’s browser. If the learner accepts cookies, the content will load correctly. Instructions will vary according to browser but for Chrome, they can follow these steps:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. Click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner and select Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Click Privacy and security in the lefthand menu and then click Third-party cookies.
  4. Click Allow third-party cookies.
